No Bake Moon Cookies

For the cookie dough:

  • 1/2 cup wheat germ
  • 1-1/2 cups peanut butter (Allergen note: Nut-free butters, such as sunflower seed butter, can be used instead.)
  • 1-1/2 cups honey
  • 3 cups dried milk
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 large bowl
  • 1 spoon or spatula
  • Dry measuring cups
  • 1 tray or storage container (not pictured)

For dipping:

  • 1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 small bowl
