With the signing of Public Law 108-447, all educational institutions that receive federal funds for a year must hold an educational program about the U.S. Constitution for its students. The purpose of this guide is to provide links to relevant government information and also programing ideas to support “Constitution Day and Citizenship Day” activities and the commemoration of the signing of the U.S. Constitution on September 17, 1787.
