The Wisconsin Historical Society Library has primary responsibility for cataloging state documents. Catalog records for state documents from 1978-present are available in WorldCat.

From the Wisconsin Center for Environmental Education (WCEE), sponsored in part by the DNR, this is a guide to Wisconsin's environmental education organizations, programs, materials, and professionals. Users can search for schools, events, and organizations by distance, location, topic or audience age-level. Individuals and groups may register and add their own listings too. WCEE maintains this site, but it is a collaboration with other entities.

From the website, "Search over 3,000,000 records including: birth, death and marriage record indexes; newspaper clippings; photographs and other visual materials; and property records from National Register and State Register of Historic Places and the Wisconsin Architecture and History Inventory (AHI)." Searchable by first and last name.

Original Field Notes and Plat Maps from the Wisconsin Board of Commissioners of Public Lands based on a survey conducted between 1832 and 1866 by the federal General Land Office.

Allows searching for soldiers who participated in Wisconsin's Civil War regiments, listed in the digitized two-volume book, Roster of Wisconsin Volunteers, War of the Rebellion, 1861-1865.

Contains documents from the executive and judicial branches from 2001-present
