No Bake Moon Cookies

For the cookie dough:
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1-1/2 cups peanut butter (Allergen note: Nut-free butters, such as sunflower seed butter, can be used instead.)
- 1-1/2 cups honey
- 3 cups dried milk
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 large bowl
- 1 spoon or spatula
- Dry measuring cups
- 1 tray or storage container (not pictured)
- 1-1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 small bowl
