Each year, agencies submit to Congress documents that serve as justifications for their budget requests. These documents may include a summary narrative and statistical tables, along with information about the agency's goals and performance and detailed information about proposals for specific agency programs or components.
These congressional justifications are not compiled into a single repository or website. They are, however, supposed to be published to the agency's website with a consistent url of agency.gov/cj (e.g. epa.gov/cj) after the documents have been sent to Congress.
